Features
A receptionist, a dialler, and a note-taker.
Everything Fiona does, in the order you will meet it.
The conversation
It sounds like someone who wants to help
Speech to speech
Audio goes straight to the model and comes back as audio. Nothing is transcribed to text and re-spoken in between, which is where the long, robotic pauses in older systems come from.
Interruptions, handled properly
Talk over it and it stops. More importantly, it only remembers what you actually heard — so it never resumes a sentence you cut off, or references something it never finished saying.
It knows when not to speak
Silence, hold music, a television, someone talking to a colleague — none of it triggers a reply. It waits, rather than filling the gap with chatter.
Ten voices
Pick the voice per agent, and set the pace. Reception can sound different from the team making outbound calls.
The work
Both directions, all day
Inbound answering
Point a number at an agent and it answers. Run several agents on several numbers, each with its own script and voice.
Outbound campaigns
Upload a spreadsheet and it works the list one call at a time — paced, retried on no-answer, and stopped outside your calling hours.
Answering machines
Detection runs before any audio is bridged, so the agent never pitches a voicemail greeting. It leaves your message and moves on.
Merge fields
Any column you do not map becomes something the agent knows. A renewal date in your spreadsheet is a renewal date it can mention.
The record
Nothing said on the phone gets lost
Transcripts and summaries
Every call is written down as it happens and summarised afterwards, with an outcome and a read on how it went.
Leads, captured twice
The agent records what matters mid-call, confirmed out loud. Afterwards a second pass re-reads the whole transcript and catches anything it missed.
Contact memory
The second time it calls someone, it knows what was said the first time. Prior summaries go into the brief before it dials.
Exports
Calls, leads and contacts to CSV whenever you want, formatted so Excel does not mangle phone numbers or accented names.
The money
You always know what it cost
Billed usage, not estimates
Costs come from the exact token counts the model reports and the carrier's own billed duration — not a guess based on call length.
Broken down
Per call, per agent, per month, split between AI and telephony. Including media streaming, which is billed separately and usually forgotten.
Editable rates
If your account is priced differently, correct the rates and every figure in the app follows.
Spend caps
Set a monthly ceiling and calls stop when it is reached, rather than discovering it on an invoice.
Compliance
The parts that carry a fine
It says it is an AI
Outbound agents disclose it within the first thirty seconds, and every agent admits it when asked. Several jurisdictions require this; the instruction is not removable by accident.
Do-not-call, immediately
When someone asks not to be called again it is written down before the call ends, and enforced permanently across every campaign.
Calling windows
Campaigns only dial inside the hours you set, and pause outside them rather than queueing a burst for the morning.
Recording is off by default
Consent rules differ by region and some require everyone on the call to agree. You turn it on deliberately, knowing your own rules.
Security
Your calls, your data
Credentials encrypted at rest
API keys are sealed to your operating-system account, never written in the clear, and never leave your machine except to reach the providers themselves.
Verified webhooks
Every inbound telephony webhook is signature-checked before it is allowed to start a call, so a public URL cannot be used to place calls on your account.
Your retention window
Set how long transcripts and recordings live. Delete a call and its recording permanently in one action.
Export and leave
Everything is exportable at any time. There is no hostage-taking of your call history.
Your phone is ringing.
Thirty minutes of real calls, free. No card, and no call with a sales rep to unlock it.
